Memphis is a diseased hellhole. Nothing good can come out of it and it should be avoided. Just like Chicago. Just like Detroit. Just like DC. And I know it's a rough take, but also just like New Orleans and Baton Rouge.

Memphis is an incredible city. Just like most places, all the crime is pretty much in the same area and that place can definitely be nuked. When I lived there for about six months a couple years ago I wouldn’t even drive through that part of town.

Sadly, these young men continue to place themselves into harm's way. One would think that all of the upgrades to their life which are provided via a football scholarship would help these folks to realize they will have to forego some 'fun' yet dangerous moments. Prayer sent for his family.
