there were only 4 or 5 motorcycles in that group and those were all legal and followed the law

I saw some of these dudes on 4 wheelers roll down st Charles a few days ago. Saw a couple of them doing wheelies. One dude popped a wheelie and laid back out without his arms on any of the controls to the point where his back was basically parallel with the street hovering a few few over it.

There are tons of people who walk up and down St Charles on the sidewalks and the neutral grounds. It only takes one a-hole to frick up one of those wheelies to send one of these carts hurdling off the road and will kill someone just taking a leisurely stroll. They're not just annoying, they're legitimately dangerous.
