Just another night at the gas station in Atlanta

Shootout between a group of people at a Atlanta gas station with nobody being shot. As the car is leaving, one of the guys run to the car to get in only to get hit by the other car. The main thing I got out of this video is somebody needs to pressure wash that concrete.

I am unsure as to what is going on there. Who is on which team there? Dudes running across battle lines from car to car without getting shot.
