Glad the guy got arrested but that's a terrible video. I want video of the incident, not some PowerPoint presentation telling me what happened

Street car gang 2ActiveBR was reportedly blocking the major intersection of South Choctaw Drive and North Flannery Drive with stunts and drag races.

Sounds like BRPD is finally paying attention, and has realized these street races and street takeovers are an organized criminal activity.

I wonder how he got his hands on 2022 Charger? No auto theft charges so he either owned it or drive it with permission. Hard to imagine someone running over stop signs and jumping ditches in a car that they personally paid for, but you never know with this yutes.

Judge is going to sentence him to a few acts of kindness as long as he promises to continue his community college education.

The responding officer also found an automated license plate cover attached to the vehicle.

Saw a hoodrat the other day that put a fake Colorado license plate over his real license plate. It looked like something you'd get at a tourist trap.

The affidavit states that Brown drove against traffic, damaged a street sign when he ran off the road and ran more red lights and stop signs before stopping “at the intersection of Mount Pleasant – Zachary Road and Pecan Hill Drive.” That is where Brown was taken into custody. Police say he confessed to driving the Charger.

Keep your trash in Zachary.

Street racing with muscle cars used to be a staple of American culture among the middle class blue collar whites in the 60s and 70s.

In the 90's we used to drag race on Choctaw just like this. We never blocked off streets though.

Those were done on back roads trying to stay as far away from the cops as people as possible.

These assholes are shutting down major intersections and interstates doing this shite.

We always usee bluebonnet before they built up at the far end.

But I'd be lying if I said I've never raced in the middle of a city as a dumb teenager.

Hell, I may have raced an audi r8 on a yamaha 1000 5 or 6 years ago on essen. But in my defense, the audi driver had huge perky chocolate tits. It was so rare it had to be done.

Having said that, shoot them.

One officer in a BRPD helicopter saw a vehicle performing donuts in the intersection, according to the affidavit. Pedestrians and other vehicles were present. The helicopter followed the vehicle, a 2022 Dodge Charger, which left the area “at an extremely high rate of speed.” During the ensuing pursuit, the Charger reportedly topped 100 mph.

You're not outrunning a helicopter.
