Replacing Murphy Paul with someone who isn’t an affirmative action kiss arse would be a major step in the right direction.
And anyone bitching about that can go frick themselves considering how the last chief was forced out for a refusal to do something the department couldn’t do and ended up losing a suit over when MP did it.

Agreed. I didn't vote for Carter last election but I will this weekend.
