Also Clinton didn’t get majority of popular vote in 1992 or 1996 (unless California has continued finding votes to add like it does), so more than half voted for candidate more Republican than Clinton. 2020 is an asterisk election as far complete change/loosening of rules in many states for just one national election unless Wuhan gets used again.

Second popular vote for President means nothing until every state including every county and precinct within each state has the exact same standards and rules for voting registration; voter ID; voting process for early voting, Election Day, & and mail in voting including same type of ballots for all; counting processes; auditing processes; recount process, and so on.

We should absolutely make sure there are caveats in the law. That’s still 1000s of people a year…..

Louisiana’s bill allows no exceptions for rape or incest. It’s ludicrous, and it leaves such a target in the back of conservatives for not allowing those caveats. It makes it so easy to attack the entire pro-life label
