Would definitely be a mixed blessing. Of course he’s an obvious choice but Louisiana would be losing one of the best in the country, though it’s obvious JBE is destined to be in the White House down the road

Y’all need to chill out. JBE needs to go to schmooze up to the new administration, hopefully get some perks for our state. It’s the right thing to do for Louisiana.

I don't know whether to be happy or sad. If he's in Baton Rouge, it drastically increases his ability to frick us over in the present. On the other hand, if he's in Washington and his ability to frick us over in the present is limited, that dramatically increases the chances he'll be able to do something that will frick us over in the future.
