And it is that simple. Viruses are not contained; they are mitigated. This is why the flu is still a yearly thing and the "vaccines" only partially work. Staying locked up will never help your immunity.

There's a difference. That means once things start to clear up (14 day decreasing of cases and symptoms) we can go to Phase 3, rather than waiting through Phase 2 again.

I’m not sure I understand the bars. If you eat in a restaurant, I assume you can order a drink, but can’t sit in the bar.
