The climate changes every day

These people are the same fricktards that wouldn’t believe snow melts when the temp is below freezing

If you really believe climate change is a bad thing and the world will end soon because of it then you should never buy a single item that's made in China. You should also be a huge Trump supporter due to his efforts to stop manufacturing in China. But I bet you're a Commie Liberal that supports Biden's policies because that's what they have told you to do.

It is funny that leftists think the climate shouldn't change.

I believe in weather. And weather fluctuates.

Have you ever realized that weather extreme records are always 100+ years old? It’s always “biggest snow storm since 1922” or hottest summer since 1945”...if we were the sole cause of climate change those 100 year old records would no longer be records

What does this ridiculous sentiment even mean?

Governments have been manipulating the climate for decades.

Hottest summer on record. Which isn’t that long of a history. When compared to the existence of earth, the time span in which we have been recording things is minuscule.

Well you are right...... The climate does change on this earth and has been for many eons. If you can stick around you'll see it again, in say another couple hundred years.

This thread has brought back my faith in humanity. A little.

I will just say the climate has and will always change.

The ice ages and subsequent warming periods prove that.

There is zero evidence the pattern we are in now is out of the norm for our planet.

This is one of those threads where the OP doesn't really mean it and is trying to trick everyone, to see their reactions, right?

It snowed in Brownsville, TX last week and the media can't hide that fact, so now it's "climate change."

Everyone believes in climate change. What is unproven is that humans can make any impact on climate change that naturally occurs.

But we are always adapting, and I'm not sure what you mean about change anything now, this stuff has been pushed for decades. Regulations have been put in place for a while.

We read silent spring in hs, that book came out like 25 years before I was born.

The US has done its part while letting the assholes that push this live in luxury using fossil fuels.

I am a geologist. Yosemite’s topography was created by glaciers. The Great Lakes were formed by a continental glacier like the one that covers Greenland. Long Island, NY, is a terminal moraine, or a pile of dirt pushed up in front of an advancing glacier. Where are those glaciers now? What caused them to melt? Have human eyes ever seen them? The list of evidence of a warming climate is extensive.

If humans had a lifespan of 4 hours, those born at midnight would only know darkness. Those born 2 hrs before sunrise would be certain that the earth would burn up. Those born at 10 am would only know light, and those born 2 hours before sunset would panic as the earth plunged into darkness. Point is, Humans haven’t existed long enough to identify the long-term cycles that affect climate. Accurate weather data only goes back about a century. Data beyond that is inferred from tree rings, gas bubbles in ice cores and other such things that are estimated and are presented to the general public as rock hard facts.

A change in the angle of the suns rays and slight differences in the length of daylight are the differences in winter and summer. In fact I bet where you live, the sun will cause a change of 20 degrees F or more in about 8 hours tomorrow. The warming effect of man-made emissions compared to the sun is like complaining about the volume of your dial tone to that of a train horn.

If you believe a 5 degree F temperature change over the next 100 years will end human life, you can be made to believe anything (even that these predictions are accurate, or that government can fix it).

Mans contribution to CO2 in the atmosphere can be likened to striking a match in a small bedroom. Insignificant. And the “cure” the environmentalists are proposing would result in large scale economic devastation
