Is There A Conspiracy Theory Involving Bill Gates? My Nephew's Insane Views

I talked about my nephew who has some stupid fricking views on here before. Every once in awhile someone will send me a screen shot of some shite he post on FB (I don't have FB).
Last night he was talking about the COVID vaccine and said "I am not taking it. Bill Gates is behind it and he wants to control the human population".
Before anyone says "maybe he was joking". I can assure you he isn't. He is 24, married with 2 kids, Him and his wife are always posting all of their issues on FB. He gets a lot of his crazy arse views from his dad (my brother-in-law), who has some pretty unbelievable views. Everything ties into religion.
While some people stopped watching sports because they don't agree with the message that they put out there.. To him, it goes beyond that. Now watching sports is a sin... in his eyes.
But back to my nephew. So after the Bill Gates post, he posted something about some "music artist" named Tom MacDonald". He was all like "I been listening to a lot of Tom MacDonald lately. He is the only person out there who is willing to tell the truth. Especially in his song American Dreams. Label artist are trash"
Never hearing of Tom MacDonald I went to Spotify to searched and found the song American Dreams (actually I think there is a Z at the end of Dreams instead of an S). This dude is talking about how we need to get rid of the guns so that kids can go to school and not be scared. I am like WTF is this shite?
My nephew has flawed ultra conservative views (I am not saying conservative views are flawed, I am saying HIS conservative views are flawed), yet he is all about some idiot who wants guns to be taken away.
I know this is a lot of bullshite to get to the initial topic. I apologize, I just wanted to stress how insane his views are. With that said, does his Bill Gates views come from somewhere or is this shite he is constructing in his head?

There’s tons of conspiracy stuff on Gates
He does vaccines in 3rd world countries, there are people who say it’s tracking chips & others that say it’s not a vaccine but for population control.
Personally I think he’s an odd duck & no telling what someone with that much money would do

He speaks on race, he is white, and many other issues that would actually be considered conservative views, such as abortion.Hes more central minded from my experience. He is a hopsin styled rapper from Canada that is more political. He has some interesting things to say that many wouldn't dare touch on( from the perspective he comes from). That said he's not someone I would base my views on but many I agree with. Not the guns though.

To be fair, I think the people he is giving vaccines to are from 3rd world countries so maybe he is tracking them to get data to see how its responding, etc, etc..

Leftist elites have been talking about culling the human population for decades. The real true believers I've encountered believe that the world should have 1/10th of its current population. I've never heard a plan on how they think we should get there, and of course, none of them wants to volunteer for the cause.

Off topic, I don't understand the "conservative view" on abortion. Conservatives want less government right? Which I agree with. So why when it comes to abortion do they want the government to tell someone whether or not they can have an abortion.
I hate to say I am one side or the other because I think women should try to avoid it as much as possible, but in reality I know whether it is legal or not people will still get it done no matter what views other people have.
Then you can't ignore the statistics that shows 20 years after abortion became legal the crime rate started to drop. People always complain about the number of people on welfare, then there is the amount of people who are incarcerated. The US has more people incarcerated than any other civilized country, in theory, if no one was able to get abortions would that be even more people on welfare an in jail?
