Seems like, out of boredom people are putting their lights out earlier this year.
We usually wait till the Friday after Thanksgiving, but i'm thinking about this week.

Folks in my neighborhood have em up and lit, I told my kids there skipping a holiday, we go live thanksgiving night at the earliest.

I see a house in my neighborhood that put Christmas tree and everything up this past week. It looks very nice and had me thinking about putting mine up as well. However, I usually get tired of looking at my Christmas decorations by the Epiphany. Instead, I went and bought a few thanksgiving decorations (which are on sale right now). I will swap to Christmas decorations the week after thanksgiving.

I don’t see the big issue here.... all I have to do is plug them in, they are still hanging from last year and the year before.
