What’s the deal with Zillow not showing sold prices of where you live? Did the NAR get to them?

Not bad for California.
If you financed the mobile home too then you would be looking at upwards of $4K per month with everything. You can find a nice place inland a little bit for $4K.

So you have to finance the lot too? Damn! I was thinking I’m moving to California !

I would seriously consider that if we weren't in the process of building a house now.

You purchase the trailer and only rent the lot.

There’s a guy at Cypremort Point selling a 1970’s model single wide for 140k. Lot included.

Depends on where they are. There is one in Hermosa Beach in a nice area but it looks like any mobile home park in Alabama as far as quality goes but the ones in Newport Beach are nice.

Haha not sure if that's the same spot but I think that place has been there for years. Looked like a middle aged surfer bro haven 10 yrs ago.
Definitely looks like it had a bit of upgrading from what I remember.

Nothing wrong with this. A minimalistic lifestyle on the water. Wouldn’t mind if it’s a shack for all I care. People need less shite in their lives and more quality of life.
