In honor of the Gambler, what's your favorite Kenny Rogers moment?

I liked it when he got plastic surgery and looked nothing like himself afterwards. It seemed to make him happy, though. Or maybe that was the Botox.

I just know that as a little kid, my favorite songs were "The Gambler" and Eddie Rabbit's "I Love A Rainy Night"

Saw him in Shreveport when I was younger. He had an all white suit to go with the white hair and beard. As a young kid I thought that’s what God would look like if he was walking around earth. RIP gambler

Mine is a little more sentimental than most. My mom died when I was 8 of breast cancer (1983). The last movie I saw with her was Six Pack with Kenny Rogers. After that night at the movies she started to get weaker and things just weren't the same. She died March 19th. I've always had a special place for the song " Love will turn you around" because of that movie and that last night at the movies with her. She knew I loved that song back then. I hope Kenny is singing it to her now.
