Like someone mentioned, you could have handled this situation a lot better than you did, but I am going to assume you saw some "Mexicans" and they intimidated you so you were responding out of fear.
Then you go off and just wait around worrying what to do while your ice cream sandwiches are melting in your Audi. Your only option is to call the police because you do not know what to do in this situation.

By the way I'm in my apartment. Still have half my groceries to unload. Couldn't find any security cameras to park under so either they are hidden or they have none in the garage. If not then why am I paying $200 a month for a parking spot

Take a screwdriver and carve up their truck's paint job. Then, knowing that they saw which car is yours, set up hidden cameras to catch them in the act of fricking with your car in retaliation. Then you have two options.
A.) Blackmail the illegals for money, yardwork, etc.

It's a big building. 8 floors. Plus there is another apartment building right next to it that has a separate garage. Hoping they live in that building and not my building. The staircase they were using I am not sure which apartment it is for because its right in the middle and I can't tell on Google StreetView. I might have to go out there to check it out.
