If Marilyn Monroe Were in Prime Today

Marilyn Monroe was a legendary sex symbol of her day, who to this day is still a cultural icon. She had it all, from starring in box office hits to mingling with people in power. My question is, if she were alive today, and young, would she have still been a star? Was it the ultra-conservative values of the 40’s and 50’s that made provocative stars like her and Elvis stand out? Would she even be noticed today?
