Here’s what is known at this point: On Sunday, March 2, Victor White III walked down to a convenience store with a friend to pick up a cigar. When he got there, a fight broke out—it's unclear if Victor and his friend were involved, but in any case the cops arrived on the scene shortly after the fight ended, stopped Victor a couple blocks from the store, and discovered that he had some unidentified narcotics on him. They cuffed his hands behind his back and put him in the back of their cruiser—and that's where the story stops making much sense.

The sheriff's deputies who arrested Victor III allege that when they arrived at the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office, Victor III wouldn't leave the car and became “uncooperative.” They say he pulled out a handgun, while his hands were cuffed behind his back, and shot himself in the back.

Gotta love the police

No doubt about it, one of their retards popped off his gun early like that guy in Oakland and they made up this bullshite story. They got caught on tape beating a handcuffed person last fall, FBI will probably be looking into murder and haircuts soon.

Hmmm, let me guess how things will turn out:

1. Evidence will be "lost".

2. Reports will be falsified.

3. No arrests made.

4. Suspension with pay.

This seems like a totally plausible scenario, and not made up by the cops after they shot him in the back at all.

They already got in trouble with the Feds last fall for a beating caught on tape, I doubt this just goes away.

Look at Scruffy's hometown doing work.

Yea, Scruffy doesn't buy that story for a second.

Replace #1 with

Sheriff states, "the shooting was justified because the deputy feared for his life."

Of course, they had to throw this in there though. Absolutely required.

“He was a respectable person. He went to church. It’s so unusual for them to say he was ‘uncooperative.'

I think they should have gone with the classic: "He was a good boy." though.
