This is a pretty solid troll, even if it is a ridiculously stupid waste of time
1) Story is bizarre and uninteresting, so people will think it's real
2) OP is patting himself on the back for something that would make no sense (if it had actually occurred), which is so confusing and baffling to everyone else that they're getting angry about it
3) OP keeps doubling down on unreasonable things and people are taking the bait
It's basically a Lewis Black "if it weren't for my horse" thing
