I called them recently to receive 3 months free even though I already partook in a free trial. They said I couldn’t receive it and I complained that they keep sending me emails advertising the trial. Got 3 months for 2 dollars total.

You don’t need any of that. Call them and say “cancel” through the automated service. Then they offer you a full year at $60. Never actually speak to a person.

You don’t even have to call. Just try to cancel online and they will offer you a better deal. Literally takes seconds.

I quit Sirius XM and now just use Pandora, Spotify, etc using my phone to my Truck stereo . It was like Cable , I had 100 stations but couldn’t get the one I really wanted without paying more and I only listened to 2-3 of the ones that came with the basic package!

Just last week, no more haggling. They offer 12/$60 in their opening message. Don’t even have to get patched through to Pakistan. You can automatically renewal at the low rate.

It was easier for me to call. Got the email when I was in my car. Clicked the number for customer service and my account was linked to my cell. Accomplished the task while at a stop light.

Just bought 2020 F150 last week and it came with SiriusXM free for 5 years. My 1999 and my 2010 only offered 6 months back then.

You can now reduce your cost of the subscription by using the website or just chatting with an agent. No need to call "Patel in India" You can click link to cancel and it will come up with an option why you are cancelling. Then it will ask if you want to see offers. you should get the $5/mo offer. If it doesn't show up then click chat and tell the agent you want that deal. They will change it for you. A lot easier than calling and going through the process.
