My hair is much different than hers. While it isn’t thick like hers.....I have a lot of hair. And I have bangs that has to be dried a certain way. So you can’t evenly compare our hair and expect us to have the same drying time.

For many women...being able to blow dry their long hair completely straight in 30 minutes is actually considered pretty fast.

My guess is FA's deal with the worst of the worst.

You guys can get behind that door, they have to deal with the unwashed masses.

I'll go out of my way to be nice to them, have a joke or two.

Some of 'em are pretty sour though.

You'd be fricking amazed what a pleasant "hello" and handing out three or four of these when you get in the plane will do to make your flight MUCH more enjoyable. After all the miserable complaining shitbags FAs deal with all day long, they're gonna remember the nice guy with chocolates when there's any perk on the flight they can give to someone.

Carry on isn’t the problem. The problem is the dumb shites that put their carry on in my spot when when they’re 2 seats down

pretty accurate description a lot of them should be forced to retire, that used to be sort of a transitory job but the money is just too good, after a few years, for them to leave, they get very jaded, bitter, and mean after a while, I guess because they realize they are trapped and they don't really have a life, they're probably shocked when they stumble upon common courtesy and decency

Nah, I see people with multiple bags.

Some workers might check, most prob don't want to deal with calling security when the shite head wigs out for breaking policies.

Airport, airline, purpose of trip, etc.

But for your normal couple/several day trip, I don't know any frequent travelers who check bags often.

FWIW, people who can't handle their carryon bags or abuse allowances annoy me too, I just don't think efficient travelers eschew carryons as might be implied by OP.

The only thing that annoys me is when people put every single one of their bags in the overhead compartment. Women will put their carry on plus a giant purse up there instead of putting the purse under the seat. On a full flight, that fills up the bins very quickly and causes a ton of headaches.

Carry on suitcase goes in the overhead compartment, personal item (including backpacks) goes under the seat in front of you.

Women in general abuse the rules the most I think. Huge oversized carryon with a gigantic purse. They also probably have the most issues handling their luggage, for obvious reasons.

I don't criticize them for physical limitations, of course, but all the more reason to follow the rules and carry reasonably sized luggage.
