You hate the place because of your own idiotic decision?
How do some of you tie your shoes without breaking your necks?

The prices were absurd 30 years ago.
If you want any sort of fun at a theme park, Universal is the place you need to go.
Just everything I hear is that the parks feel more authentic and better run than Disney.

Goes to Disney World in June then complains about: heat, crowds, spending money. Not exactly a MENSA candidate are you?

Sadly, with Instagram and other social media sites, the National Parks are becoming very overcrowded, and many now require advance registration to even visit.

Couldn’t disagree more. We just got back from both and we all commented on how disappointing Universal customer service and food was. From entering the park to eating meals to just overall appearance, the employees looked like six flags employees. Lots of teens that could
Care less about being there. Every big ride they make you rent a locker for $3 to put belongings in. That’s a joke and rubs me the wrong way.
Islands is better but the OG universal is getting old and needs updating. Without Harry Potter it would be bad. Even universal said they are wanting a big refresh and getting rid of Simpsons and a lot of stuff.
We split up Univeral and Disney so we went back to Disney the day after Universal and everyone in our party said it just feels different. It has the magic. People are in character, it’s spotless, and you just feel happy.
Of course Universal is targeting at an older audience and has better big rides, but my kids are 12 and 15 and admitted there is nothing like Disney. Could just be us

The older I get I don’t understand why people criticize others for things they enjoy.
It may not be your thing but for millions of people, it is. And you should be happy because you’re not there and saving money.

-sunburn standing in long lines -dont feel like paying $50 for a waffle shaped like mickey mouse -expensive as F*uck for the week -i hate crowds so why go
You and your type always provide us with entertainment during your Daddy Meltdowns that we generally see every park day or at Disney Springs.
You thought all you had to do was let the wife handle it and you would tag along and have so much fun.
Disney is a fantastic place, especially if you do the research, make a plan for each park and day of the week. There is so much more to do than spend half the day in lines as you stumble counter-clockwise thru the parks as you just go right.
The food choices are generally very good. Especially so during the Food & Wine Festival. If you are just getting burgers, fries, nuggets and waffles, you got what you deserved.
The big problem is there is so much to going on, you didn’t take the time to plan in advance to know if the best experience is to go straight, left, right or backwards to get the most out of your park time.
And which direction will lead to that best experience changes all day long. The parks are amazing for those who prepare rather than stumble through life. I can’t wait for my next trip.

Just got back. Had a great week. Also had a great plan.
These threads are always entertaining.

Negative unless you’re at their boardwalk, but absolutely not in any park

Fair. And if you want your daughter getting any Princess gear at the store while being helped by a man with a full beard wearing a tiara & a dress, by all means, Disney up.
* Look I get it. A family drops that amount of money on a crap theme park experience, you don't want to come away and admit you were scammed out of your vacation.
Take heart. At least y'all didn't get hooked into a 2 day Galactic Starcruiser excursion.
Or did you?

Dumbass you went on a water ride to start the day and we complaining that you spent the rest of the day wet. If you go on a water ride go at the end of the day right before you leave the park like a person with an ounce of sense.

I watched a scathing segment yesterday on how Disney World in Orlando is in some serious deep shite.
Basically said that attendance is the lowest it has ever been for the month of June and how May was the lowest it has ever been for May
So it explained how May, the numbers always drop - but then June, the numbers skyrocket and the June numbers are almost as low as May’s numbers and Disney is freaking out about it

June is gay days at Disney. Word has gotten out and families dont want to go that month anymore.

And it's still next to impossible to get reservations for restaurants and rooms.
As many people bitch and whine and say they are done with disney. It never seems to be less crowded.
We can't wait till people truly are done with disney, then our trips will be even better
