After a few weeks, I did the Ochsner web dr thing. I showed her my foot on my iPad and we talked through what happened. Finally, she told me to go see a doctor.
TLDR - online ochsner is pointless.

No.
I offered it for a few patients initially for routine things like follow up on results.
But most everything for me relies on exam in holes I can't see on a screen, so I don't really offer it regularly unless the patient asks for it.
