I Bury My Mom In Two Days

I thought abought how I would deal with her death. I didn't expect it when she was 64. What seemed old, years ago, now seems young.
I have been working and keeping busy, trying to visit with my Dad. My mom was a woman who loved to debate politics, sports, history, etc. She was a Jill of all Trades & Master of Some. She loved LSU baseball. I remember watching the 1996 Warren Morris win with her. We were up in Kentwood, at Camp Moore, watching on a tiny transistor TV.
Thank you, TD, for the years of laughs, info, TANDEN
, and may God be with us all.

My wife lost her mom around the same age.
It's rough. And will continue to be rough especially when they had grandkids.
You may never fully get over it, but know that their memories live on with you and through to your grandkids.

I've been where you are. I know what you are feeling. Hang in there. Eventually my thoughts turned to the happy times. I hope yours do the same.
