yep, when the wife calls me at work she never expects me to drop what I am doing. Or when I'm working on something outside and she needs something done inside she always waits.
Certainly picking the wrong moment is bad but to say watching tv, cleaning house, or otherwise doing something that is not time limited (making a roux) is off limits is foolish. If that were that case we would try to fine partners that were inherently lazy because then they would never be doing anything.

I'd say, based on the above statement, that you married the wrong woman, or men you know have married the wrong women.
You see, women like to be led. Not asked.
This dude asked (like society expected him to do) and just happened to document her bullshite.
I had a friend (non computer guy) do the same thing in a notebook.
His wife, when presented with similar results (acquired over 90 days) recoiled in horror.
To which my friend replied "this family goes to church every Sunday because you want to. From now on I will only go to church on weeks when I get sex. No sex, no church". He's not religious and only attends to please her.
Now, ee gets laid at least 1 time per week now. He said to me "I wish I would have done this 10 years ago".
Not my style but it worked for him.
If you're married and you ain't gettin' enough, you need to figure out how to make her vajayjay tingle again.
And, at least IME, that involves shutting down beta and firing up alpha.
Take the lead. Lift weights. Lose weight. Dress better.
Display value and she'll want to give it up. She will even initiate if you DHV.
Focus on TV, golf, sports and your friends, let yourself go, and watch her interest level in you tank. And watch your sexy time shrink to 0.
