agreed, I'm a believer in the vows, but if the guy is absolutely cut off in the prime of his sex life, I see this as one forgivable pass to seek comfort elsewhere

The age old question is if he thinks she is sexy and wants to have sex with her then why is she allowing her personal image issues to get in the way? Is she too afraid to please him at the expense of her own insecurities? Is she not comfortable enough with him or trusting enough of him to let go and enjoy their time together?
Women love it when men make a grand public gesture for them. They love it when their men set aside fear of embarrassment and show emotion and compassion especially if it is in a public setting. Yet most women struggle setting aside their own personal demons to enjoy the single greatest physical sensation in the world with the person they supposedly love more than any other, in the private protected sanctuary of their own bedroom.

I was thinking this too. I still think she carries blame too, obviously, but when you try ALL the time (especially at really inopportune times) you're going to get more no's.

Married, very happily and batting WAY better than dude's 3/28. This is my second marriage and I've learned like a previous poster stated; women need to "feel" sexy.
Young 'uns, take note: NEVER stop going out of your way to make your wife feel like she's sexy and attractive to you. Once they lose that it's hard to get it back and the result will be spreadsheets like the one dude posted.

I don't have cable, but Jones does. But he doesn't have DVR. So ...
I don't even follow shows on TV; I was just using it because it was in the spreadsheet.
Asking someone to drop what they're doing is a bit much unless it's some steamy surprise amazing sexy stuff... which let's face it, that't not what "normal" married people sex is every time.
