I do suspend SC every 3 months myself and occasionally use Bifen on the exterior and tree line. Way cheaper and I know I'm more thorough than any pest control guy

LOL, thanks for the reminder, it's been over 3 months since the technician hasn't stopped by. He charges $60 every 3 months but I live in a townhouse (small backyard).

Honestly, it is inexplicably easy so I'd say do it yourself. Buy a big thing of talstar. Spray every 2-3 months depending on your issues the base of the slab of the house and if needed doors and windows. Can be used on the lawn and for other applications.

2. Spray around base of slab, windows, doors, vents, under sinks every 60 days

Spread Bug B Gone granular in your yard 2 or 3 times a year and you will have no pests and won’t need an exterminator.

$180 for inspection and perimeter treatment annually, spray Talstar every couple of months

I spray lambdastar ultracap 9.7 every few months on the perimeter, eves, and walls. The residual lasts for about 12 weeks and it kills just about everything. My favorite part about it is that it will kill wasps that land on it, so I hardly ever have any nests around my property all year round.

$84/qtr Terminix. Perimeter spray every qtr, comes in at least once a year to do an interior spray and hit hot spots (kitchen, bathroom, areas I notice bugs).

I have Orkin. Mine is $84 a quarter. That is a good quote because it is over $90 for normal new customers where I live.
I had them for over ten years. I like it. They cost more than the independents but I noticed they are very regimented and serious about pest control. They send their employees to training centers.
It is corporate, but I like them.
