How many of you have had Christmas get togethers cancelled?

My mom and dad had to cancel theirs for this evening. My mom is high risk with 2 types of cancer. First time in 55 years that she wasn't able to have all her kids and grandkids at her house. Really sucks. My favorite time of the year

Ours with my mom tonight did because my niece has the Rona and all of my sister's family was exposed.

I canceled mine. In this new normal, we all should be willing to make sacrifices. If Dr. Fauci can cancel his Christmas plans, so can I. It’ll just be the wife, her son, and I at the dinner table this Christmas.

Dumb. Just wear masks and have them sit someplace away from others but still be a part of the room. Then clean the touch surfaces with wipes. Designate a bathroom for others. Just set some ground rules. No need to cancel it.

Me and the siblings have all had Corona Aids months ago. And my healthy 75 yr ole mama has remained steadfast since April: she'd rather die from Covid than not see the grandkids.
We had Christmas with 10 grand kids and 6 parents over there last night.

Not us. My mom is one of 7 and lives out of state. This is the only time of year where she and her siblings get together. We’re not going to let a virus with a 99% survival rate ruin our pans
