How many lbs are you up from freshman yr, pants size too

6’ and graduated 8 years ago at 146 lbs. I’m at 177 lbs as of last Thursday morning. Looking much healthier; I used to get comments from family that I looked sick when I was in the 140s-150s.

same exact size 20 years later

the only time I've ever really gained weight was the year after college

I kept my college diet, but I wasn't playing basketball at the REC everyday anymore

60 and I only weigh 155 now. I’m shorter than mingo. Just a short little lumpy man. But I got a plan. It ends when I go back offshore at the end of the month

6'-2" 165#, 30" pants (17)

Current (2020)

6'-2"205#, 34" pants (47)

so 40#s in 30 years

After 22 years, still wear the same 2 pairs of Gap khaki shorts around the house. They are torn in places and look like rags, but they are comfortable and fit.

Torn at the lower hem just above the knee, so thinking about ripping the hem off and making them cutoffs.

Freshman year I entered at 205. I am 235 now and it's not mostly muscle. I'm losing the weight, but yeah it's frustrating I let myself go during Covid.

I weigh the same I did 30 years ago in high school - 450 lbs
