If having to physically go somewhere and present an ID to vote is too much work you shouldn’t be allowed to vote anyway.
Honestly, we’d be better off with more voting requirements. Why should some idiot that isn’t smart enough to pass 9th grade geometry be allowed to make decisions that affect an entire country?
If you don’t have any skin in the game…like a ghetto welfare queen with 8 kids or the meth head that is in and out of jail, you shouldn’t be allowed to vote.

I thought the auto and airline industries should not have been bailed out. I’m with you there.
Also, look at the profit margin on those record profits. It’s almost always right in line with previous years.

Let me guess, you work at CF Industries, probably around 55, and made $55k a year? So a nobody who has done absolutely nothing....
There something wrong with that line of work?
There something wrong with being a mechanic? Or a carpenter? Or a plumber? Or an electrician? Or a construction worker?
Hard to imagine why the Democrats' polling numbers are in the tank with a party that openly disdains the biggest portion of this nation.

I'll ask again...

Texas had an election earlier this week, first one under their new election security bill. 13% of mail-in ballots, 23,000 raw votes, were disqualified that wouldn't have been previously disqualified.
Mail-in voting should not exist, period. It's so corrupt that I hope to see every single ballot drop box is set on fire during this go around and every other voting cycle in perpetuity. If voting isn't important enough to you to get your fricking arse to your voting location, then you shouldn't get a fricking say.
Seems to me that 23,000 people's votes were stopped from being disenfranchised by people who couldn't bother to get off their asses to get to the polling location and instead stuffed the ballot boxes with illegal ballots.
So frick you, those people's voices don't deserve to be heard.

Read up on that identification shite...it's intentionally confusing.
We all know that you're alluding to minorities here and they're too stupid to get the right ID to vote, which is so typical of a leftist count like yourself that it's quite comical now. Y'all claim to be all for minorities yet continually piss down their backs and tell them it's raining. HOWEVER, if you ARE too stupid to understand that the new law requires an ID, then you shouldn't vote, which I'm sure actually did happen for a lot of those ballots as well. So it's a win in the end as well.

If you actually read that entire article and came away thinking, "hmmmm, this is fine! and good!", then you're just reading what you want to read.
It is fine and good. And preferable to the other option, which has been proven to be an unmitigated disaster and has led to an all-time low in confidence in the American election system.
quote:
Again, you choose to ignore DOCUMENTED election abuse over decades at the hands of Southern states trying to diminish minority turnout. You instead focus on UNDOCUMENTED claims of rampant fraud and illegals voting. But go on, pawn.
Point me to the election abuse that happened from the state following its own laws regarding elections. How is it abuse to require an ID to vote? Y'all never once answer that question. And it's because you know it's not, y'all just want to continue to cheat your asses off. And no, there are not undocumented claims of fraud and illegals voting; it's very well documented. Y'all just refuse to acknowledge it because y'all are the ones committing the crimes.
So again, frick you and everyone like you. You people are a blight on the American nation.

I wonder how many of these people in real pain voted for Brandon?
Posted on 3/17/22 at 9:45 pm to member12
Thank Brandon and the climate/race/gender hustlers he obeys who actively take all attention away from reality and whine about their cause 24/7/365 while many Americans bust their a89 for 55k/yr.
Most of what I’m seeing here is due to the absolute hatred by Brandon for fossil fuels except when his bogus son is getting paid by a Ukrainian oil co.

I expect many people retired after their 401k's grew under Trump and they did not change to more conservative allocations. I expect you are going to see more retired people going back to work because of this
People on deck should probably take a “wait and see” approach. If this happens for long enough, it will hurt the job market for younger generations. But at this point they are probably used to it.

Unfortunately, the boom of the 1950s wasn't just because of the war production, it was because most of the rest of the industrialized world had been bombed to shite. This idea is predicated on the fact we wouldn't get bombed. Times are very different than they were in the 1940s
Correct. During the tail end of the war and after, the US was a major source of almost everything for Europe as it rebuilt.

The "reality of the situation" is that Biden campaigned on the fact that and explicitly stated that fossil fuel executives will be put in jail under his watch, and on day 1 he shut down a critical pipeline and made it virtually impossible for private companies to invest in O&G leases. All that other BS you stated is just gaslighting away from the cold hard facts of what your Basement President has already stated in the name of unicorn clown climate change.
Hard to raise capital for increased exploration and drilling when your own government wants to end you. And yeah, curbing leases on federal lands and slow walking them in the gulf over the past year has seriously hurt us and has contributed to a major vulnerability in the western world right now.
