Holy shite. I've never seen this monstrosity. One thing does stick out though.... those tracks. I've worked for Caterpillar for two decades and would recognize those tracks anywhere. Those are Caterpillar bolt on track shoes. I've never heard of the US trying to make a tank out of a Caterpillar though.

I put in an application when I came off active duty a little over 20 years ago. I've been with them ever since. I work in product support. Basically when a customer has a fleet of Cat machines their local dealer and me help them use them in the most effective manner while keeping their owning and operating costs as low as possible.

You're right. It's not all about war. But nothing drives human history (or advancement) like warfare. Feel free to join in but don't use Google. The fun of the game is to try and guess things for yourself.
