I’ve been hearing a lot of stuff lately about them and it interests me. Actually thinking about taking the old lady there one night.

Go all the time. Very cool venue. move to music board so the OT doesn't ruin it

I heard somewhere that it's BR's best kept secret.

I thought that was Les Miles' wandering Johnson...

Beauvoir Park is the shite. Live music, BYOB. Delete this thread so people don't find out BR's hidden gem

Yes. Lots of people went last weekend. Les Bratton is essentially making the space into a year- round version of what you use to only see on St Patty's Day(not THAT crowded). You pay a cover charge and byob(you can bring ice chests, chairs, etc). They have nice restrooms and a couple of large gazebos if you want to get out of the rain/sun.

Yup. I went last weekend, got really stoned and ate $30 worth of popeyes while listening to a jazz/funk band. Love that place.

Take this down. We don't need more shows selling out before I can get tickets.

On the real though.. BP is absolutely awesome. They started a daytime Sunday concert series that is so great. Lay down a blanket, BYOB, get some sunshine.. and take it in. I did it last Sunday and will be doing it again this Sunday.

Was supposed to have my wedding reception there before Covid hit. The work Les has put into the place has made it a great park/venue. Plus BLDG 5 is right there.

Good times there as a kid throwing rocks at the passing train cars.

It's a great spot. I've been watching that place evolve over the last 10+ years and it's been really cool to see.

Be warned that mikelbr will do dirty things to you there if you're not careful.
