No, it’s not. Both you and the other dude on pg 2 are wrong. There’s no set definition of what a mass shooting is. Some organizations say 3 or more shot, some say 4 or more shot, others say 3 or 4+ killed, some omit gang shootings, some even omit shootings of an ideological or theological motive.
If I shot my wife and 2 kids in my house, Vox/GVA would call it a mass shooting, but almost every other organization that “tracks” mass shootings wouldn’t. If I did a drive-by and mowed down 30 for gang-related reasons, many organizations including the Congressional Research Study wouldn’t call that a mass shooting.
TL;DR: “mass shooting” is a pretend phrase and its definition is dependent on where you sit on the political spectrum.

Well. I have an AR15,several 30 round magazine. Deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Pretty easily a fricked up person. Yet havent mass shoot people, very strange I know.
