Morning OT GMT!
The first day feeling "okay".
Lifted and went on a run last night. That makes all the difference in my mood.
Also meant someone who is new to the area at the gym who rolls. So will try out his gym this weekend! #BJJ

Yote what were your symptoms? I’m on day 3 of a killer headache. Currently have a heating pad on it

Began 2weeks ago with body aches. I went lift on Saturday 7/17 and just felt off. The strength was there, but it hurt to lift, like whole body aches, also got winded easily.
Around mid-day 7/17 I began with a headache, the first headache which needed some type of medication to knock it out (sort of) in a few months. The night of 7/17 I was exhausted with a huge headache.
The day of 7/18 is when I knew I had something. The chills, cold sweats, headache, etc all came with a fury. It was about a weak of feeling weak, short breath, major headaches and followed by crazy sinus congestion for a week.
We just had a COVID/COLD stand-down at the field office. 5 out of the 20-25 employees in the field office are out and half here today are sick. We are going back to mask ONLY WHEN ALL IN HUDDLE/MEETING ROOMS. Also doing that stupid "deep clean" stuff this weekend to the office.
No one has yet to test positive for COVID, but, something is NO DOUBT going around.
We are in the heart of execution with a module move date (we building some DFW Terminals as modules and moving to be set in place, cool project) of August 26tth. So difficult to keep a bunch of engineers home when we have such a close deadline, so now everyone is sick.
But 08, this morning maybe the first day I woke up feeling "okay". I feel about 80-90%, but it took 2weeks to get here.

I've had the chills, feeling a little weak and fatigued, killer headache, but no fever, no shortness of breath and no congestion....and I'm fully vaxed.

My mom who was not vaccinated and got covid apparently was tired after she made cornbread yesterday to go with the stew she defrosted for dinner. My sister told me this. I told my sister if mom is making dinner she is not feeling that bad
