We've had these doomsday predictions for decades. I think much of our changing climate change is natural and occurs in cycles over hundreds or thousands of years. The US has been and continues to produce less carbon emissions. It's completely offset by China and India to a lesser extent though.

I had a third grade teacher walk into class with a gas mask on, telling us that we wouldn't live long due to pollution, ice age and nuclear war.
That scared the hell out of me for a decade. Kids are traumatized by this stuff, and the extremists are using them as shields. It's pathetic.

So why is it we know humans are causing the earth to warm in 2019 but I was taught in school that glaciers once covered much of North America and Northern Europe and they warmed thousands of years before the combustible engine?
