Does anybody know the story behind the giant white brick fence in front of the small house right before mallard lakes?

I think I heard that the owner of the property put up a brick fence. I remember hearing that it is pretty big and white in color.

Baton Rouge crime epidemic is making people build bunkers like in Africa.

It's just the fence front. There are no side borders.

I've seen it. And there's a small house on the other side. Maybe shorter than the fence.

There is a very large shop back there also.

I was gonna guess some type of subdivision. Isn't there a smaller big fence across the street with a warehouse also?

Been waiting to see what else they do. There are actually 2 houses behind the wall. One is almost on top of it. They just built a big metal building on the right behind one of the houses. So something commercial.

If you look at the plot map on the brgov website the tract of land is divided in three. The two houses in the left and right if the entrance. Then an access to the back of the property down the middle to a third divided tract.

It's the owner of Ace Enterprises. It's their family land. A few of them live back there. Not going to be a subdivision or anything. Just the entrance to the family compound.

I don't know if I can buy that. They bought some huge bronze lions from one of our auctions a few years ago. Seems like they would be on display at the entrance if they owned that place.

Also they 2 20' tall cast iron planters that would look great at that entrance. Don't see them either.

Those planters and lions would look great at a few of their places.
