we’re a nation of laws but no punishment.
our legal system is a backlogged, slow, money making scheme from lawyers and judges.
victims and law abiding citizens have no protection from criminals or those unfit for society anymore. and I’m not sure the outlook has it any better in the future

Shouldn't have a 3rd chance. One dui, a year in jail. Second offense is 5 years, no license again. Hope he gets maximum sentence.

Funny how you're getting downloaded for this but you're absolutely right. If people knew that a DUI instantly nailed you to a one-year prison sentence, you would see a lot less DUI activity. It's ridiculous how socially accepted it still is to drive drunk.

Anyone that drives drunk or even remotely impaired or defends it is a massive piece of shite. If they started giving the death penalty for this then people would think twice.
