Underpass is closed while his two kids handle ownership via the courts. The other two are still operating. I’m hopeful the son will be able to buy his sister out and reopen it as it’s an institution on Perkins road.

I had no idea it was closed. In what world does it make sense to close a profitable restaurant? Are they that mad at each other they'll "burn it all down" or some shite?
