Hopefully that kid grows up, unharmed, and butchers that freak "dad" as painfully as possible.

This isn’t natural and isn’t okay.
If a consenting adult wants to do that…fine. But I don’t think kids should be drugged with synthetic hormones that impact their physical and cognitive growth.
