Time to cut up some pipe, add some rubber bands, duct tape and an end cap

I'll turn in 100 of those things

Do you have to provide proof of ownership?
If not, something tells me they'll be giving people $100 for other people's pieces.

I'm sure they would. Unfortunately, I keep having those damn boating accidents. Do they have a boat buy-back program going?

It doesn't need to be anything nefarious for these programs to go to shite. A while back some county or city tried this and people brought every piece of shite they had laying around. They then, almost to a person, used the funds to go buy new, better guns.

I remember that, some PD was offering $250 per gun. Locals were buying every gun they could from Walmart and Academy and bringing them in

It happened in Cali, shocker

Buyback article

you know inflation is hitting hard when you get low-balled $100 for your ability to defend yourself.

‘Buy back’

The government never owned those guns.

That's a good question, if they get you're stolen gun turned in do they legally have to return it? If so two guys could just "steal" some guns from each other and get paid for it

What if I have a spoon that identifies as a gun? Will I still get the gift card?

So, they'll give me $100 for pistols I own that average about $500-600? Amazing...

And that's not even getting into rifles...
