His best bet is 25 if he got the family and the DA to agree to a manslaughter, but it would need to happen before motions.

Thats what I thought

You didn’t ask if it were common behavior, you asked if we knew any kids like that who had committed murder.
I asked how many

You told me 1

That was what I expected

I guess you haven't had too many interactions with kids who are mid to upper middle class and think they are privileged.

You've had a lot with ones who are cold blooded murderers? Do tell?

Somewhat moneyed douche bag does not typically = murdering a-hole in my experience, but maybe you've had some different interactions than I have.

I also know another who killed his mom and tried to kill his dad. So that’s at least two.

You could do it in under 36 hours with a jet ski and a small tow boat for fuel.

it's still 3's and 4's out there, a person would get crushed on a jet ski!

Reality is manslaughter and 35 down the road.

Not necessarily. I've seen guys with incredible criminal histories that the DA wants badly get 20 on man where the case could have gone either way.

Without seeing all of the evidence it is premature to say he will likely get 35 years.

Lots of people on this board know him and his brother, including me, and this is a bad look for him. Every detail that comes out looks worse.

Very curious what happens in the trial, if there is a trial.

Unless the judge wants to make an example out of him, I bet he ends up doing no more than this amount.

If he has a good enough lawyer, he may not do any if he pleas to manslaughter.

That fricking tard should've bounced when he got out on bond. No way I'm getting charged with murder without leaving the country

Rich kids in BR are fricked up, just in different ways than poor kids.

I hated one of the frickers and was indifferent to the other but we ran in the same circles in part due to it being a small school.

Are we really trying to start an argument on how it isnt surprising to see an upper middle class person without a record commit murder?

Bro, he beat a homeless man to death.

He kicked him repeatedly while the man died in his own puddle of blood.

This was no accident.
