frick this COVID bullshite

Beautiful day in Atlanta so I decided to take the dog on a nice long walk. Listening to music in my headphones... just a spectacular and relaxing Sunday.

They just finished redoing the sidewalks on the main road and made them 10 ft wide with nice landscaping, etc so I wanted to be outside and use them for the first time since the weather is finally so nice.

I get about a mile or so down the road and decided to stop into the gas station to grab a water for me and the dog.

Then shite just went downhill

As I am standing in line I noticed that every person in the store is wearing a mask except for me. People were looking at me like I was satan.

Anyways, after waiting a good 10+ minutes in line (people playing lottery, gas pump didn't work and a dad in there with kids getting slurpees and shite - basically waiting in line that seemed like forever)

I'm keeping my cool, it's a beautiful day out. The world is just perfect right now.

I get to the cash register and the fricking bitch tells me that she cannot serve me. WHAT THE frick.

I asked politely why? "You are not wearing a mask and we are not allowed to serve people who aren't wearing a mask in the store"

again, WHAT THE frick. You couldn't have fricking told me this before I waited all this time in line?

I get it... they are a private business and can do whatever they want. I also always try to wear a mask when it is mandatory but I did not expect to stop at the store so I did not have a mask.

I gave her a sarcastic remark "But, it's ok for you and your co worker to wear a mask under you nose though right?

then she pointed at the door and told me to get out

YES, dear Facebook. Yes, TL:DR, YES - frick this new country. YES, I'll deal with it but it's a bunch of bullshite.
