Was feeling old as shite today after scheduling colonoscopy next week.
Buddy jokingly said at work to get a couple strippers and don’t worry about it.

What day next week? The prep is the afternoon/evening of the day before, but you might not want to eat any heavy meals for a few days before that.

Family friend of mine passed away recently at the age of 50 from colorectal cancer that would have likely been completely treatable if he had been having regular checkups and/or colonoscopies done and caught it early.

When you do the fast and take the preparation, one thing you are allowed to have is apple juice and beef or chicken bouillion. Drink a lot of the beef or chicken bouillion until it is time to drink that nasty shite.
You are also allowed to add some lemon flavored crystals to that concoction you have to drink. The one little pack they give you is not enough. Buy some extra Crystal Delight, add it to that nasty crap, take a huge drink followed by large gulp of apple juice. Keep repeating.

It’s usually a two step prep, but I always take an exlax the day before prep and only have to do one prep. But I’ve done prep like 12 times so it’s pretty easy for me.
