Fox News Meteorologist flexing on the Weather Channel’s Cat opinion

He said surface winds were recorded at 140mph max at the surface. He said the 155mph were recorded from hurricane hunters catching a 155 burst. The Weather Channel is one big drama queen climate change show as we know. I find this interesting. The Weather Channel has been pimping 155 all day, almost a cat 5.

Not really sure why the weather channel try’s to hype up storms.
It’s not like it generates more viewers for them, people who want to know about the storm are likely already watching.
Plus I mean these damn things when they get this size are destructive enough without hype, no reason to try and pimp it like it’s a title fight.

You realize 155 mph was the official sustained wind speed provided by the National Hurricane Center, right? The Weather Channel did not come up with that number.
