I've only spotted a couple new broncos in the wild and think the new style looks amazing. The hardtop issues are disappointing for this much anticipated throwback. Like previous raptor versions the 2022 Raptor Bronco will be a beast offroad/prerunner type. I'd like to see a V8 come with this new package but we'll most likely see another V6.

OT Ballers, how many have the current Bronco or are you holding out for the Raptor?

quote:

It'll apparently be a four-door-only model, and the dealer software has it listed as a 2022 model year.

quote:

Per the leaked ordering system entry, the upcoming Bronco Raptor will be offered in two trims—a base labeled 373A and a better-equipped version marked 374A. The latter appears to add a 10-speaker audio system, voice-activated navigation, adaptive cruise control, a heated steering wheel, wireless charging, and other amenities you'd expect from a Lux Package.

Further down the thread, the poster also says the Raptor will be available exclusively as a four-door and be the only Bronco variant to offer "Code Orange" as a paint color. Eruption Green and Hot Pepper Red are also mentioned, as well as a mysterious Everglades trim with no real details given on that front.

Well that’s nice of Ford to actually build a Bronco again.

Am I the only one that thinks that is one of the dumbest vehicles ever in those pics? It would look decent if it wasn't covered in that cloth shite.

Neighbor across the street got a soft topn4 door with the black diamond package.

Looks good. Even the wife noticed and commented ow good it looks and she's definitely not a car person.

This blows my mind. The other mind blower is that you can only get the manual with the 4 cyl.

I think the 3.5 eco has better midrange torque than the Coyote, but it seems like you'd want the Coyote for low end torque for something like a Jeep equivalent

It’s covered in that cloth shite to keep its actual looks from the public while they road test it. The manufacturers don’t want photos out until they can have a press release the official photos.

ETA Literally keeping it under wraps.

False. I want this and if Toyota doesn't get off its arse and bring the GX into 2010 technology, it might be my next ride.

The one I ordered is already expensive as hell! I can’t imagine paying for a raptor version!

I think the shocks on the F-150 Raptors have something like 14 inches of travel, so that may be why there's such a big gap. Not sure, though

Personally I would prefer a Raptor over the Bronco Raptor, or the BRaptor if you will. But people will still by the crap out of these things.
