Here is a novel idea, the government quit paying people to have babies. You are poor and need assistance, that's fine we will pay to have you fixed. In the long run it would save billions if we put this and work requirements stipulations to receive federal assistance.

In Louisiana it is. Of course in other blue states they just don’t have black people.
Like the city of New Orleans has more black people than entire states do.

Most black and white women I know in the Deep South, and I have lived all over the Deep South, are perfectly fine with yesterday's SCOTUS ruling. Only the extreme far lefty women I know are those who are the most upset. Poll black women in the South and ask them if they personally support abortion, I bet you over 50% do not. I'd put a lot of money on it. The women you would think would most desire to have abortions are the ones pumping kids out left and right in the South.

They live in rural areas. They didn’t put planned parenthood in those areas.
