Pizza Hut tried to kill me. Way beyond the shits.

Twice.

Never again. And no it wasn't the salad bar. Pizzas.

You’re going to the wrong food trucks

Gotta but go find the ones parked in an industrial neighborhood with Espanol written on the side that look like they’ve never seen a car wash.

I think living in a city mostly consists of dealing with a bunch of miserable crap, but convincing yourself it's really cool and happenin'. Food trucks are really the epitome of this. They belong at concert festival atmospheres and third world countries. That's what the hipsters turned cities into. So cool!

The Taco truck on Florida by Napa is pretty good... I think it is next door to Napa... but I am not 100% sure, it is in the area.

Yes. But if you find a few actual Mexican women slinging tacos out of a pull behind, then you have tasted peak food truck.

Some of the best food trucks already have a B&M restaurant or a successful catering business.

Some food trucks that I think would change people's minds that dislike them, I travel a lot and have a bit of a food truck fetish

Micklethwait in Austin

Hero of Villain in Detroit

Roti Rolls in Charleston then track done Holy City Cupcakes for dessert

Blaxican in Atlanta however I haven't had it in 6-7 years

Kogi in Los Angelos it's a Roy Choi truck who is like the Thomas Keller of food trucks

There are several more I have really loved but I can't think of the names now and too lazy to look them up

As a Lousiana consolation prize, I like Diva Dog in NOLA

It's all farm fresh gastropubs bbq fusion and mason jars. Imitating the third world is kinda 2007, real city hipsters imitate rural America now.

Just as is the case with all things, some are really good, some are really bad.

The more raggedy the truck is, the better the food is.

So are most brick & mortar restaurants but there are some good examples of each. And some of the best B&M restaurants started as food trucks since its a relatively low cost entry point an individual can afford.

The best lobster roll I've had came from a food truck near a lighthouse in Maine. The chowder wasn't bad either.
