Well what Geovera "Advantage" pulled in Louisiana after Hurricane Laura should be criminal. Screw insurance companies!

This is 50/50. Yeah they'll screw their customers at times but Lawyers also have their clients do unnecessary surgeries or procesures to drive up the bill.

Talk to anyone in the Lake Charles area about getting screwed over by insurers on Hurricane damage claims...

The average person doesn’t even understand what they have. It’s most likely going to be a he said she said with no concrete facts.

You realize FL just passed these laws targeting bs insurance lawsuits, right? Not like insurance rates are going to drop overnight

I do. I also realize rates still increased in 2024. And in three years, rates will still be going up in Florida at a rate that far surpasses the national average even though lawsuits will decrease significantly on a percentage basis.

Ambulance chasers are at the bottom of a bottomless pit when it comes to morals and integrity in my opinion. And the insurance industry still manages to outrun them on the race to the bottom.

Wouldn’t cutting back on this in Louisiana hurt LSU’s NIL contributions, lol.

Like making threads about insurance companies and legislators sucking their own dick, while the average florida poster is telling you these savings aren't actually being realized?
