I doubt this ends with zero recordables. "Accounted for" does not mean not injured. It's possible for sure. Since the weather is so bad, most people were probably inside and there should have been lots of contractor rainouts today.

No explosion when I was there, just fire. Most likely lightning. It was popping of for a while. We were under lightning alert, so no work was being performed. It was shin deep water in the contractor trailer lot. Should have seen everyone sprinting through it to get out the gate, myself included.
