Oh, I'm sure shite that went down decades ago really matters to these low life fricks starting all this shite in Ferguson. You see, me and most normal people in society understand that if a cop is telling you to do something you go ahead and do it and shut your fricking mouth. I was raised to respect the law and the authority that dishes it out.

That's the problem right there, you don't think what happened decades ago matters, but it most definitely does. That's what I'm here to show you. That's what I mean when I say "It's bigger than Mike Brown, this has been brewing for a long time". And I don't think it's a joke because it can only get worse from here and your kids and grandkids will be left to deal with it. I want the shite to stop, but threads like this, joking about it and hoping for violence only makes it worse.

You were raised to respect the police, I was too, but sadly I was taught to avoid them and try to say as little as possible to them because there's a good chance he could kill you over something dumb. I was taught that their fuse is automatically shorter with me than it would be with a white person, and thats due to American history. It's how we've always been treated so its normal, take a step into our world and you'll see that. That's what we mean by white privilege, that's just one example.

Just stop doing illegal shite. It's really that simple.

It's not that simple man. Everyone has broken the law at some point, but you never think that it would get you killed. Were dying over simple traffic stops these days. We can't even wear a hoodie or put our hands anywhere near our pockets without someone thinking were reaching for a weapon, and then boom were dead.

It does matter what happened because it affected the black psyche, BUT IT'S TIME TO CHANGE IT. Doing what they're doing in Ferguson won't change it. You want real change? Vote, keep your kids in school, stop with the blind solidarity and judge a man by his merits alone. If you don't know how, read Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s writings.

Then don't assault a cop like Mike Brown did.

I was taught to same as little to them as possible too because that is our 5th amendment right and talking to the cops without a lawyer present is stupid regardless of skin color.

Its not priviledge, its respect. You show respect, you get respect and assaulting a police officer when he tells you to get out of the street or yelling F**k the police inches from a cops face is not showing respect.

Awww you're going to let one guy ruin your fun? My bad. No worries, I won't post often at all. I don't have the energy to constantly debate people who really don't care about another world outside of their own. I just wanted to bring a different perspective to this thread because it was very one-sided.

We teach our kids to not trust them and stay away from them. That includes staying away from things that would invite them into your life

We'll never know because we were brought here. So this is my country now and you will have to hear different views on difficult topics. Deal with it.

It will never be your country as long as you act like you don't won't to be apart of it.

Just an example for you:

I was at a gas station in Harahan, LA and the white lady cashier called the cops on me and my cousin as soon as we walked in. We were only 12 years old, but we were frisked and the cops found nothing. My parents were notified and they immediately understood what just happened. Talk about an awkward convo that a parent has to have with a confused 12 year old. So what was I supposed to do then?

This is what I keep telling you. Most of the protesters are non violent. They're trying to do it the right way. But one a-hole decides to pull out his gun and all of the sudden the entire town gets blame.

You think this never happened to white boys? Come off it. You're clueless.

I love that you pull the "you've never walked a mile in my shoes" cliche yet you've never walked in a white man's shoes. You assume cops treat white people with utmost respect yet you have no idea that cops are dicks to all races.

You have been taught wrong all your life but like most narcissist you only see your world.

Congrats on being so short sighted.

Asians are fine in America. Internment camps, gold rush slavery, unequal opportunity, Angel Island (or is it the other one?), stereotyping, etc. but they've somehow managed to turn that around and become a positive part of society.

Looting, daring the police to beat you down, partaking in illegal activities, and chanting "frick the police" in songs isn't a good starting point. Forget about the past and move the hell on. If everybody in the community changes, I promise people will view that demographic differently.

Is Sup girl is banned strong safety's alter?

Sure looks like a lot of his same arguments.

I always chuckle at this stuff because you will never move forward while looking backwards for your excuses. Things in the black culture have gotten WORSE and MORE violent not gotten better and no amount of finger pointing to avoid personal responsibility will ever change that. When that culture decides to change it will until then, no one is going to give a rats arse about the excuses and lack of personal responsibility. Education, family dynamic, respect for societal norms and laws, respect for your families and community are all things well within the realm of personal tools to better yourself and your community. If you dont give a frick collectively why in the hell should I?

The change has always had to come from within. Im not seeing it. You start changing your culture for the better and you would be surprised at home many people of all creeds that will fall in line to help but until then you will gets laughs and smirks at the excuses and blame and finger pointing because most people see right through that crap.
