I really never understand why they refuse to work the frozen coke or ice cream machine. Are they really that labor intensive to make?

pretty sure everything at mcdonalds is designed to be as efficient as possible for employees...apparently the shake machine must be the hardest to clean (still easy) so they just say its broken
