Go look up AVR. Twenty states have it now. You interact in any way with state or local govenrment and you are automatically enrolled to vote, and in fact have to specifically request to opt-out to not be automatically enrolled.
Combine that with all the cities/states that mailed ballots out to all registered voters, whether they requested one or not, and you end up with what we had in 2020. Ballot harvesting in most major democrat run population centers of people who didn't even know they were registered to vote until the helpful person knocked on their door.

They even collect their ballots and fill out the votes for them. Since there's no signature verification.

Most of you in this thread don't understand how big of a crisis global warming really is to mankind.

Now this is absolutely correct, but you thinking voting for any current politician will change this is rather laughable. The majority of Dems and Reps are working for the corps and ultra wealthy and have been since at least the Gilded Age. Why do you think the majority of government aid went to supporting the stock market and large companies in the early Pandemic and the Fed has continued to bolster the asset bubble at the cost of massive inflation? Did you think the tax "cut" signed off on by the government back before the Pandemic helped the middle class. Peeps, the middle class is going to be paying for that one for decades.
It took a world war and the perfect storm of advantageous conditions post world to save this country from The Great Depression. Not sure we will get so lucky this time around with nuclear proliferation.

Here's the thing. You can argue the why of things all you want, but there is literally no doubt that things ARE changing. They always have, but in the past people couldn't predict the coming disaster so they just got wiped out when it hit. We will either be prepared or not, but if you don't think a changing climate doesn't severely affect energy costs, affordable housing, and especially food and water, then you really haven't been paying attention.
